Ashish began his career at Ernst and Young (EY), a Big Four accounting firm in Atlanta, where he worked on multiple private and publicly traded Fortune 500 companies. During his tax and accounting consultation roles, Ashish has developed a deep understanding of various complicated tax issues, tax planning opportunities, and tax-efficient real estate acquisitions. Early on, Ashish understood that most small businesses don’t have good CPA access, unlike large companies. So Ashish founded his firm to fill that void and now serves a select number of clients who have entrusted their finances with him. With his strategic team, he helps clients address their biggest concerns: mitigating taxes and preserving their wealth. He has helped countless small businesses with extremely valuable tax planning.
He uses a consultative process to gain a detailed understanding of his clients’ deepest values and goals. He then employs customized recommendations designed to address each client’s unique needs and goals beyond simply preparing tax returns. In his engagement model, a client becomes the CEO of the client’s financial life, and he becomes the client’s personal CFO.
He deciphers complicated financial and tax information and delivers insight that leads to smart financial decisions. Viewing your business from the perspective of a growth-conscious CPA should enable your business to act on the insights, opportunities, or problems revealed by data as they occur – before it is too late. He is an expert advisor.
Ashish has invested in real estate for the last 5 years. He is personally involved in the underwriting, acquisition, repositioning, and management of a $10M portfolio.
He also founded the Evaluate Deals website to help investors perform a comprehensive analysis of their real estate deals. Ashish co-founded CRE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT in 2022 and oversees investor relations and financial management.
